Eccoci. Si avvicina il grande giorno.
La mia previsione (spero non troppo ottimistica) è di arrivare in 3h 30'.
In questi mesi mi sono allenato con tutta la costanza ed il rigore possibile.
I lunghi sono sempre stati accompagnati dalla musica (a volte dalle partite) e negli ultimi giorni mentre correvo pensavo ad una lista di brani da inserire e 'utilizzare' durante il 'giorno dei giorni'.
Sembrerà una sciocchezza ma questo giorno rappresenta per me una piccola pietra, un punto di svolta. Si lascia indietro definitivamente una parte difficile del mio percorso e si apre una nuova fase.
